Nature of the product: Holdem Trainer Pro is a Texas Hold'em practice and entertainment tool. All games use play-money chips; play-money chips cannot be exchanged for cash, crypto assets or anything of value. This product does not offer real-money gambling, is not a gambling service, and does not facilitate any gambling activity.

1. The service

Holdem Trainer Pro provides Texas Hold'em practice features, including coach advice (preflop based on GTO consensus ranges; postflop based on equity and pot odds), AI hand reviews, equity and odds analysis, daily challenges, and P2P-based online practice with friends. The free trial has a daily hand limit and can only join online rooms; the lifetime license unlocks all features.

2. Software license

The lifetime license is a one-time software license (US$14.99 — CN¥98 on the Simplified Chinese site — paid in USDT stablecoin). It grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use all features, including lifetime updates.
Payment is made in USDT stablecoin (on the Ethereum, Arbitrum or Plasma chains). A license key is issued once our payment gateway verifies that the funds have arrived; card payments are currently suspended. Stablecoins are used solely as a means of paying for the software license and play no part in the game content.
Please keep your license key safe; do not share it publicly or resell it.

3. User conduct

You may not use this product for real-money gambling, raking, betting on behalf of others or any other illegal purpose; such conduct has nothing to do with this product, and the person engaging in it bears sole responsibility.
You may not crack the software, bypass license verification, or abuse it through large-scale automation.

4. Refunds

You can try the product for free as much as you like before buying. If you run into a technical problem such as a license that cannot be activated, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will help resolve it or issue a refund (placeholder clause; the detailed terms of the published version will prevail).
